KIRIOXEL's Commission Info

I will draw: OC's, Fanart, Humans/Humanoids, Mild NSFW/Gore, Armour, Artwork for fics, Ships, and DnD characters/parties.

I won't draw: Fetish, Insensitive material (such as anti-lgbtq+ work for example), Furries, Mecha

Payment is via artistree or paypal invoice.

On artistree I accept stripe payments along with paypal.

Payment is preferred to be upfront, but I do allow 50/50 payments.

Cancellation/Refunds: I will refund commissions if cancelled prior to the commission being completed. If I for some reason cannot complete your commission, you will recieve a full refund.

I currently do not offer commercial pricing.

By commissioning me, you are accepting all the terms stated below. I hold all commissioners responsible for reading and accepting before attempting to commission me. If any of the terms stated below confuse you, message me and we can discuss it.

I am chronically ill. This can impede my progress, so please understand I may not work as fast as I do other times.

I ask for full payment upfront, or at least half before completion and the rest after I've completed. I've had artwork stolen and unpaid for before, and I'd rather that not happen again.

In order to commission me, you must be willing to accept that it may take me up to a month to do your commission, depending on how large it is and how many commissions I have before you.

I reserve the right to my own artwork. Commissions are for personal, non-profit use only. This means you are not allowed to redistribute your commission for profit in any way. This does not count posting them on social media; however, if/when you do, credit must be given to me for the artwork.

Credit will always be given for original characters and content - not the artwork. However, if you want to keep your name or commission anonymous, please let me know. The customer is responsible for asking. I will always accept it.

I reserve the right to decline a commission without providing a reason. However, this very rarely happens.

I reserve the right to cancel a transaction and/or commission if the client is abusive or uncooperative. If the commission has already been paid for, I will provide a full refund.

I reserve the right to decline any and all requests to change my art style on behalf of the commissioner's comfort; meaning I will not change the way I draw for you to have a certain style.

Once a commission has been paid for, I will provide progress updates as I go. However, I only allow 1 revision post-linework

You may not edit, alter, or crop my works. You may not remove any signatures or watermarks.

Visual references: Please include some form of visual reference for your character(s). This can be a reference sheet, another drawing, picrews, etc. Descriptions are encouraged, but not as the only reference.

Descriptions: Please include some form of idea you'd like drawn. This can include pose ideas, expressions, emotion, etc.

Any additional thoughts, such as wanting extra characters, props/accessories, etc. This way I can properly adjust the commission price to your wants.

Once your order is accepted, you'll receive an invoice with your commission information, my TOS, and additional questions or comments.

Once I receive payment then I will begin to work. As a reminder, please be aware that I may have other work ahead of yours. I will always send a message when I begin and will periodically show my progress with you.

When the commission is complete, you will receive the final version. Once accepted, the final high res version will be sent to you. I also email the final pieces if wanted/needed. It will be a PNG file; but I can also send as a PSD.

Artistree will prompt to leave a tip at the end of the process. If paying through Paypal, leaving a tip is an option as well.
